How exciting to be buying property! This will probably be one of the largest and most important purchases of your life. A good inspection is absolutely crucial to this process; your home inspection will help you to understand the condition of the property you're considering.

My report is a combination of checklist and narrative. This gives you both a quick inventory of important data points about the property, and more detailed explanations to help you understand those points.

My inspection and report will serve three purposes:


1) To inform your decision to buy the property and the final negotiations on the price and terms of sale


2) To help you plan and implement your repairs or renovations


3) To serve as a reminder about what needs to be done to maintain the property in the long term
